A face Gini will never forget

February 7, 2022

Gini* is a survivor we recently supported in Bangladesh. Our team helped Gini to register her case with the Criminal Investigations Department.

Unfortunately, Gini could not provide a name for the woman who had trafficked her, however, she could recall the traffickers face – a face she will never forget.

Gini remained valiant, keeping a lookout in her community for the face of the woman who had exploited her.

One day, Gini spotted the woman in a public place and she bravely alerted our team, who then worked with local police to swiftly arrest Gini’s accused trafficker.
