Ivor Peters is a chef and founder of purpose-led Asian street food brand Urban Rajah, which is sold in UK supermarkets. With roots in the Indian subcontinent, he’s on a mission to spice up the nation through accessible next-generation South Asian products and experiences. Ivor joined us as an ambassador in 2025 and is also a cookbook author and media contributor.
